We’re proud to announce that we’ve retained the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award for the fourth year in succession!  Providing stellar customer service is part of who we are.  We couldn’t have achieved this without the dedication of our incredible staff and of course, our valued customers.

What is the FEEFO Platinum Service Award?

FEEFO is an independent review platform which only gathers reviews from verified customers.  This award is an impartial seal of excellence, which recognises businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience. The Trusted Service Awards were created in 2014 to celebrate this achievement and help customers distinguish between brands and suppliers.  FEEFO works with over six and a half thousand brands, making it the world’s largest provider of verified reviews.

The Platinum Award is given to organisations that have achieved a gold standard for at least three consecutive prior years – and that means three years of achieving a service rating of between 4.5 and 5 across at least 50 reviews.

  • Offers and Promotions: We’re no stranger to offering discounts off storage at our facilities. Whether it’s 50% off for new customers, our refer a friend offer, or our Lowest Price Guarantee, we strive to bring customers the best deals when it comes to self-storage units.
  • Genuinely Friendly Staff: We are not surprised that our team receives brilliant reviews, as not only are they expert in the ins and outs of self-storage, but they also provide a welcoming experience and caring ear.  They take time to listen to customers and make sure each person gets the right storage unit in the right part of our stores.
  • Community Involvement: It’s a priority for us to support our local communities and we participate in local fundraising activities all year round, as well as fundraising for our corporate charity Maggie’s Centres.  For example, each year, our Altrincham team help coordinate a local toy appeal in combination with Altrincham FC to get gifts and toys to those families supported by smaller local charities.  In addition, we offer 10% off storage to charities as well as Blue Card holders and members of the military.  
  • Flexible Agreements: We understand that our customers don’t always know how long they’ll need a storage unit and the space needed may change. That’s why we offer flexible agreements with just a fourteen-day notice period. We work with customers to create an agreement that meets your requirements, resulting in a tailored solution that helps us stand out from the crowd.
  • Well Equipped:  We recognise that our customers are storing important possessions, and that security is key. Our stores are monitored 24/7, and many sites are fully enclosed with perimeter fencing and require unique PIN code access – all units are accessible solely by the account holder – not Kangaroo staff.  As you might expect, we provide trolleys to help with the transporting of heavier items in and out of storage units. And in some locations, we have a forklift service that is also available free of charge.
